Acousti Pro Acoustic Steel IsoFeet feature a unique plastic encapsulation around a multi-layer steel inner with a cirular design for greater elegance and scratch protection for products and surfaces. The acoustic performance of the product is guaranteed for life and the superior finish will maintain the products smart appearance for many years to come. IsoFeet are 5mm thick including the protective coating with a 75mm diameter. When placed beneath speakers & sub woofers they allow the speakers to drive the cones more efficiently without vibrating floor boards, shelving, stands, racks etc Components including turntables also benefit as they are isolated from transmitted vibrations and feedback improving detail especially in the mid- -range with more bottom end punch and better stereo imaging. THE TECHNICAL BIT This product is manufactured from Sonphonon acoustic steel. It is a steel laminate utilising the principals of constrained layer damping, constructed from 2 layers of 1.5mm steel between which is a cross linked visco elastic polymer which enables the IsoFeet to absorb a high level of transmitted noise & vibration.
